VERY Sad News for Today

I've had a really rough week! Sunday night had me in a fitful sleeping pattern.
Monday was an unsettled day, very chaotic.
Tuesday morning I found out why... My Dad was in the VA Hospital, with a very mild stroke.
I got the call from the hospital, so I did the normal thing, passing the news to those who should have been concerned. I called the older Li'l Sis, the older Sis, the Sis-in-Law, the Uncle, then came the call I knew would be rough, Li'l Sis.
I said " This is Beverly, Dad is in the VA Hospital. I don't have specifics, but he's stable." I was then going to give her the # to the hospital, but I didn't get the chance. She went on a rant, which I didn't have the time, nor the inclination to listen to. I said "I called about Dad, you can get the # from T-" and I hung up. She's just like her mother, everything has to be about her.
On a lighter note, I have a show this Saturday, which may be rained out, again ^_^

edited at 8:55AM... Dad's home! He just called me to let me know. He's got exercises to do to get the strength back in his hand, and new meds, but he's okay for now. I just hope he takes it easy and doesn't overdo it.
