Sad News for Today

Sooo... My Dad left yesterday to go visit my Li'l Sis. Hope they have a good visit. I was so pleased to have a week with him. He's fun, even if he likes to rustle my feathers a bit. I miss him.
I've gotten a lot done today, and hope to not run out of steam.

We've been having a great visit with my Dad. We took him with us to to A-Day, Sunday. He totally enjoyed the exitbits and talking to everyone. Yesterday I made a LOT of banana bread. We're going to finish off the bananas today, before they go bad.

I've been away for way too long. Sorry. Hopefully I will be able to get back to my old routine and get this writers block to end.
My Dad is visiting this week, and if you know my dad... well... let's just say, he loves a good "debate"
My day will be spent talking about how traffic laws are "unconstitutional", and listening to his war stories and the good old "when I was young..." stories. I love listening to him... arguing is another story. hehehehe... he remembers a time when, to fill-up the car took less than a dollar!Oh for the good ole days!
