THE CHRISTMAS HOLIDAYS... make me proud to be who I am. Christ was born to give us all hope for the future, love for our fellow man, joy in the knowing that we are loved, help for our troubles, and peace for the world. All the hatred in the world today is sad to me. If we all just realize that God made us all, and loves us all, as His children, maybe, just maybe, we can end that hatred.

We did a number of things to get started on New Years Celebration, we went to the store & post office... that place is totally nuts this time of year! I have to call the Doctor's office this morning... while out at my Crochet Meetup last night they called for Kevin.
I met 2 lovely ladies who also crochet. We planned our next meetup and are hoping more people come to it... and... My Dad called while we were out as well... He'll be here for Christmas too! I am so excited about seeing him. He's such a joy to have around...well... most of the time ^_^

Twosome: Polar-- Polar bears seem to do well in the snow... How about you? Is snow just another thing you deal with when it shows up, or is it shutdown time? ...and if you're posting from a non-snowy locale, do you make trips to actually see snow? It's okay to admit it...
I like the snow, as long as I don't have to go out in it... I shovel the driveway when no one else is home... watching it snow is so peaceful.
Threesome: Bears-- Bears? Christmas Bears? Have you seen the number of bears on the shelf this year? Are you getting one for anyone? ...or are you looking forward to receiving one? ...or do you still think that inguana in the elf outfit is more your style ?
My daughter and I both collect bears. Our living room has about 15 bears in it... Kevin won't let me put anymore on HIS A/V System, it's a shame to waste all that flat spaace!
I also make(crochet) teddy bears, and donate all leftover big teddys to Toys for Tots.

~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~ Well... yesterday I had to go to the vampires and they put 3 holes in my arm! then we went to breakfast at our favorite "after the vampires" place. It started POURING and the wind kicked up, so when the rain was in a lull, we escaped and returned home for a little bit... then we had to "explore" Camden... to pay a critical bill...the wind whipped up and when I was trying to get out of the car, it caught the door and I wrenched my back trying to keep a hold on the door... that's how my day went ^_^ How was your Wednesday?
