I must say that I'm happy to have watched a movie last night. From what I understand "State of the Union" means "State of my vendetta" to the pseudo-president... if we have had evidence, why , in God's Holy Name, haven't we given it to those who need it to do their job?... could it be that if the inspectors find it, it will be destroyed and we will lose our "reason" to go to war??

Well...didn't get to the soups yesterday... going to today. Crocheting bunnies and a racoon today, too.

I think it's aweful what our "wonderful" government is doing. The "war" with Iraq is just "baby boy" trying to fix what "dumb daddy" didn't have the "chick peas" to finish. Just my opinion , folks. Like the button says, I didn't vote for him.

Hi!
Been busy crocheting and baking and cooking and getting poked by vampires!
I'm done with the vampires for a while, and I finished the orders I had. Cooking goes on every day here.-- Today...Split Pea Soup, "pulled Pork", Shirred Chicken, and Seafood Chowder... I may not have to cook again all week!

On another side of my life, Kyle is returning to New Jersey for a while. He hasn't been able to find work where he is now , and he NEEDS to pay his bills. ^_^ Kevin has arranged an interview where he works. Maybe Kyle won't be unemployed for long once he gets here ^_^

Working to get the last blanket done... it's getting picked up on Sunday. Can't wait to see Rob & Karen and Daniel. gotta get a lot of cleaning and painting done before then... and cooking too...SuperBowl Sunday is always a big day for us... always a lot of visitors! ^_^ Personally, I think they all come more for the buffet than the game ^_^

The weekend was great! Kyle arrived Friday night...Denese couldn't make it because of work obligations. We missed her a lot!
Matt H. stopped by on Saturday on his way to work for a little visit... he's a "Special" member of the family... like a second son!
The game went as planned and was fun. Lot's of "buffet" stuff... I stuck with the veggie platter, no dip!
Sunday we went to Border's and Zagara's... the kids always like those outings. Then Cheryl treated us to Chinese... all in all, a very pleasant weekend.
