The Casey Family Christmas Tree

It may not be big, or perfectly symetrical... but it is filled with wonderful memories. Every ornament is a memory, mostly blessed memories. Kelly's Christmas ball broke this year. I'm working to repair it, as it cannot be relpaced.

Daniel's gift is finished! ^_^ Working on Kyle's... or at least trying to! I have cookies to make and a REALLY big project started... at least the project pays for itself. We went to see Nemesis yesterday, Cheryl's treat. It was great! Left it wide open for a number of new movie concepts.

Just when I was starting to get over things... I get an email from a long-time ago friend... my dear mother gave him pictures from my childhood!!! Why didn't she give them to me? At the time ... sheesh... I don't get the reasoning, but then again...it was her way, I guess.

SNOW!!! It's so pretty, but I hate shoveling it! Kevin came home to a cleared driveway and the walkway was done too! ^_^ a BIG accomplishment for me... but it's better for me to be a little sore than for him to have to shovel it all after working a full day.

Thanksgiving went well... we all ate too much (and we're all getting tired of turkey! ^_^). Denese never made it down, there was an accident on the Parkway and they turned everyone back so she went home ( she had hurt her back on Wednesday and was in a lot of pain after sitting on the parkway for 2 hours!). Kyle went back by train. Dad left yesterday. We were all sad to see him go, but he was anxious to get home.
My friend Sandee is starting to feel better. She's a real inspiration.
